Today's TOI had an article on Happiness. Tal Ben-Shahar seems to pulling a lot of crowd in Harvard claiming to give them happiness. Some of his happines mantras are given below.
I liked one particular paragraph in the article. It is about multi-tasking, driving in the point which I have been vouching for for a very long time: "We email while we work and we try and multi-task. In other words we need to focus on whatever we are doing. So when we work, we work. When we focus on email, we do that. Multitasking distracts from the quality as well as the quantity of the work"
